This years show promises to bring a wide variety of attractions for all ages. Inverurie Pipe Band will start off proceedings in the afternoon, highland dancing competition begins at 12:30pm. There will be a sheep dog display running throughout the afternoon. Local kids will be giving us a karate demonstration. The baby contest will be at 2pm and dog parade at 3:30pm. This years show will be opened by Brian Pack, retired Chief Executive of Aberdeen and Northern Marts Group, who will then crown the show queen before the presentation of the trophies. Aberchirder Primary School competition winners will also be presented with their trophies. The ever popular sports will run throughout the afternoon, anyone wishing to enter 'Its A Knockout' can enter a team or anyone who has not been able to get a team together can enter anyway and be put into teams on the day. This is for ages 5-16 years.

Grampian Fire and Rescue Service will be showing a presentation entitled 'Collision Consequences'. This is aimed at drivers and non-drivers who must be 16 and over. They will also have a simulator where people can text breaking distances.

Aberchirder Library are celebrating the Homecoming with memories of Foggie which will be of interest to locals and ex-pats.

All in all, something for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you there!
